This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Tanto Lab ("we," "us," "our") collects through tanto-lab.com, why, and how you can control it. Tanto Lab operates as a French micro-entreprise (auto-entrepreneur), and this policy is written to meet GDPR requirements.

1. What We Collect

We only collect what you give us directly through a form on this site:

• Contact form: name, work email, product/website, bundle interest, and your message.
• Giveaway form: email and product/app name.

We don't use tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics on this site today. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set.

2. Why We Collect It

Solely to respond to your inquiry or, for the giveaway, to contact you if you're selected. We don't use this data for advertising or profiling.

3. Who Processes It

We use a small number of processors to run the site and deliver your message:

• Resend: delivers the contact form as an email.
• Formspree: collects giveaway entries.
• Cloudflare: hosts the site and its infrastructure.
• Google Fonts: serves the fonts used on this site (your browser requests them directly from Google).

None of these processors are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

4. How Long We Keep It

Contact form submissions live in our inbox for as long as needed to handle the project, then are deleted. Giveaway entries are kept until the drawing they entered has concluded, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case ordinary project records apply.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.
